Luke’s Diner from ‘Gilmore Girls’ Comes to Life in Maine on October 5

Tomorrow (Oct. 5) if you're a fan of the TV show 'Gilmore Girls,' you're going to love this. No, it's not more news about the upcoming revival on Netflix. It's the fact that you can actually have a cup of joe at Luke’s Diner... well, sort of!

According to Variety, "in honor of the 16th anniversary of the series premiere, more than 200 participating businesses will transform themselves into Luke’s Diners, beginning at 7 a.m. with free coffee being handed out until noon."

Official merchandise will be also available for sale.

In Maine, the only location involved is Coffee By Design at 1 Diamond Street in Portland.
