Just on cue, the sun came out this (May 3) morning, as the walkers began the annual 'March for Babies' in Augusta.

Hundreds gathered at the KVYMCA to begin their walk to support the March of Dimes, raising money to give hope to the more than half a million babies born too soon each year. The money raised supports programs in our community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.

Thank you to Erin & Troy Fletcher from Albion (picture below) for sharing their heartbreaking story with all the walkers and why they have been walking for the past 10 years.
