Yikes! While Miley Cyrus is on tour overseas, two thieves broke into her L.A. home over the weekend, taking jewelry and even making off with her $135,000 Maserati.

According to the LAPD (via Us Weekly), a man and a woman scaled the fence surrounding Cyrus' home around 4 PM on Friday, May 30 and were able to break into her home.

"The suspects were able to gain access into the residence and garage. They removed property including jewelry and a 2014 White, 4-door, Maserati Quattroporte," the police revealed in a statement. "No one was home at the time of the burglary."

This is some seriously unfortunate (and scary!) news for Cyrus, who was luckily in Sweden at the time of the burglary. Back in December 2013, 'Wrecking Ball' singer had another break-in in her home -- the night before her 21st birthday. And this latest burglary couldn't come at a worse time for the pop star, who recently filed a restraining order against a fan and tweeted just last night about how much she missed her late pup, Floyd, and how homesick she is.

As scary as the most recent burglary must be, we're just glad that no one was home and no one was hurt. As they say: Material items can be replaced, but people can't. And hopefully this will be the wakeup call to increase that security!
