Say it ain't so! Is it possible that Jennifer Lawrence's amazingly hilarious story of throwing up in front of Miley Cyrus at an Oscars after party just isn't true? Well, despite J. Law's account of the event, in which the 'Wrecking Ball' singer told her to "get it together," Cyrus has spoken out on Twitter to deny the claims.

In a tweet that has since been deleted, Cyrus reportedly responded to a fan who sent her a link to an article about Lawrence's appearance on 'Late Night With Seth Meyers,' which is where she infamously described the embarrassingly hysterical tale. In the alleged tweet, Cyrus simply replied to the fan, saying "That never happened." Though she quickly deleted it, nothing on the Internet ever truly gets deleted, and people were able to grab a screenshot of the tweet, which you can see here.

So, is it true that J. Law didn't actually throw up in front of Miley Cyrus, and in her drunken state may have confused her with another celeb? Or was Cyrus just referring to the part where she, according to Lawrence, told the actress to "get it together"? We may never know, but we have to say -- we much prefer J. Law's version of events, embellished or not.
