Despite most of her headlines being about her cray cray antics, Miley Cyrus does have a big heart. The singer proved it by making a dream come true for a young, leukemia-stricken fan who made it onto her radar via a hashtag campaign. Oh, the power of social media!

Lulu Martinez, a central Minnesota girl, is locked in a battle with leukemia for the second time in her young life. According to local news reports, her big sis Brittany launched a Twitter campaign to help Lulu meet Cyrus.

The campaign began with the #MileytoLulu hashtag and it worked, as it caught Miley's attention. Given the twerker's insanely active feed, that's a feat in and of itself.

Lulu and her friends were allowed to go backstage at Cyrus' show on Monday (March 10) to meet the singer.

"Screaming, can't breathe, is this actually happening? Stuff like that," Lulu said about her reaction to finding out that she would be getting face time with Cyrus! Lulu even gave Miley one of her own shirts and a Team Lulu bracelet, and they talked and took pictures.

The experience made Lulu's night.

She said, "I'll probably brag about it at school until I graduate and then after I get married too."

Lulu even joked that she was worried she might throw up upon meeting her fave singer, but she held it together.

"Well, at first I was because I wasn't feeling good and I'm like, 'I'm going to meet Miley and I'm going to puke and she's going to remember me as the girl who puked.' But I didn't puke. I was all good. It went smooth," she said.

Lulu seems like a cool and sassy girl. We're pulling for her to kick cancer's butt.
