No School In Vassalboro On Feb. 24

The Vassalboro Community School will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 24 due to cleanup from a small fire over the weekend.According to the school's website, the fire occurred on Sunday morning in the industrial arts room, and left "lots of soot, smell, and ash over that end of the building." The school, which was closed on Monday, Feb. 23, will remain closed on Tuesday to allow crews to continue the cleanup.

The closure only impacts the Vassalboro Community School, all other schools in the AOS 92 (Waterville,Winslow, Vassalboro), will be open as scheduled.
