Today's KOD goes to a 49-year old Virginia man who was sentenced to five years in prison last week. He was accused of stealing $33 worth of cheese from a grocery store. He sat through the whole trial last Thursday, but didn't come back for the verdict on Friday, so the jury decided to give him the maximum sentence of five years. More in the video!
