Congrats to One Direction -- and to their accountants! The band have been officially named Britain's richest boy band.

The combined wealth of Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik rests at roughly £25 million -- or $38.12 million. They knocked out U.K. boy band JLS, who were No. 1 last year and were estimated to be worth £24 million ($36.59 million) this year.

The list was compiled by The Sunday Times. While 1D beat out other boy bands like the Wanted for the top spot in their category, their wealth is still chump change to some other British musicians on the list.

Adele is estimated to be worth £30 million ($45.74 million) by herself -- and Paul McCartney, of the most famous boy band ever (a little old group called the Beatles) is estimated at £680 million -- or over $1 billion!

You can imagine 1D's stock soaring when their movie, '1D: This Is Us' is released this summer -- and even more so once their summer global tour (with its ticket and merchandise sales) is over. And they're contractually obligated to keep piping out hits and raking in cash for three more years!
