Orlando Brown Charged After Reportedly Threatening to Kill Woman and Her Family

Former Disney Channel star Orlando Brown has reportedly been charged with two counts of disturbing the peace and one count of public drunkenness after allegedly showing up at a woman's apartment and threatening to kill her and her family.

TMZ reports that Brown -- who is most well-known for starring as Eddie on 'That's So Raven' -- will not be charged with making death threats to the woman and her family due to "insufficient evidence to prosecute him for the threat," as well as the fact that the woman allegedly did not fear for her life.

Last month, the actor allegedly showed up at the woman's North Hollywood apartment and allegedly threatened to kill her, her daughter and her mother -- NSFW threats that were caught on tape. According to Brown's side of the story, the woman is a stalker and he claims he did not make any threats against her.

If convicted on his three charges, he could face up to nine months in jail.
