Big Papi had one of those big nights. David Ortiz blasted two home runs and a double. He drove in six runs and the Red Sox beat Houston 10-7.

His home runs were #400 and #401 in a Red Sox uniform. Only Ted Williams and Carl Yastrzemski have more. It was also the 45th time Ortiz has hit multiple home runs in a game and that is a Sox team record.

On the pitching front, the bullpen bailed out starter Rubby De La Rosa with six innings of shutout ball. De La Rosa gave up six runs on nine hits and four walks in four innings of work.
