Papa Gino’s Closes Only Maine Location

According to WGME, pizza chain Papa Gino's has closed several of its northern New England locations, including their only location in Maine.

When you call their Auburn Mall location, a message tells you the location is "now permanently closed" and suggests you check out the company's website for other locations.

Founded as Piece O' Pizza in Boston in 1961, the company changed its name in 1968 and began to expand outside Boston.  The company also owns D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches
