Who hasn't gotten a parking ticket? You've heard of the show, Parking Wars, right? Free parking isn't just a space in the game of Monopoly.  The town of Skowhegan, Maine is selling off their old parking meters for $25 dollars a piece. Now you can charge people to park in your driveway as a joke.
