Parrot Goes for a ‘Walk’ Flying next to Owners Car

At first I was pretty sure this looked like animal abuse. Then I was like wait, the parrot has the choice to land in the car and chillax but has decided he'd rather be outside taking in the sites.

He's tough to handle in traffic though, always giving people the bird and whatnot. < See what I did there?
