I cheered when I heard an employee at Rite Aid in Pittsfield, during the store's third robbery in the last eleven months, told the would-be thief, who claimed to have a gun (but never showed it), "you aren't getting pills."The loser....errrr, robber, turned and walked out of the store.

My first thought was good!  Somebody took one of these pinheads to task.  It's always been my guess that few, if any, of these people ever have a  gun.  Obviously this guy did not.

My second thought was, and this one's a little troubling, will this cause future pharmacy robbers to come toting a loaded gun?  Once somebody pulls a gun, you have to assume they intend to use it.

If you know the guy in the picture, call the Pittsfield Police.
