Pine Nut Recall at Hannaford Because of Possible Salmonella Contamination
There has been a recall for pine nuts in four ounce packages sold at Hannaford. The nuts have a best by date of November 11, 2015. The recall is for potential salmonella contamination.
The pine nuts recalled are in a clear package with a tan-colored label on the back and are sold in the produce section.
The UPC number is 72543920016.
According to Superior Nut & Candy Co, the company who makes the nuts, there are no reports of illness.
