Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez are enjoying a very fruitful, collaborative partnership. In addition to his features on her successful singles 'On the Floor' and ' Dance Again,' they are teaming up with Brazilian artist Claudia Leitte for the 2014 FIFA World Cup anthem!

That's quite a score, since outside of the U.S., soccer, or football, is a major world sport.

Pit's 'We Are One (Ole Ola)' has been chosen as the "official song" for the upcoming World Cup in Brazil. Pit, J. Lo and Leitte will perform the song together at the FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony, slated for June 12 at the Arena de Sao Paulo.

Pit is stoked about his female collaborators, saying, "I’m honored to join Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte at the FIFA World Cup to bring the world together. I truly believe that this great game and the power of music will help unify us, because we are best when we are one."

La Lopez echoed his sentiments, since she was raised in a futbol fam! She said, "I grew up in a house that loved futbol, so I am thrilled to be performing at the World Cup Opening Ceremonies with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte. This is an amazing celebration of global unity, competition and the sport."

For her part, Leitte is stoked to be repping her country of origin by participating. "I am very happy and thrilled to represent my country at the FIFA World Cup alongside these two amazing artists who I admire and respect. I love sharing my culture and country to people through music!," she said. "The FIFA World Cup is one of the biggest events on the planet, and I look forward to dancing samba with Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez in Brazil - we are one!"

The song will debut this year before the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The video is being developed, too.

Can we just take a minute to talk about how Pit is owning it? 'Timber,' his duet with the currently-in-rehab Kesha, has topped the charts. He really has great female song features. Wonder if RiRi regrets not taking 'Timber' in order to work with Shakira.
