The Maine State Police are seeking public assistance in a robbery in Clinton earlier this month.

On June 10, around 11 p.m., a male subject entered Clinton Variety and Redemption Center, held a knife to an elderly employee’s throat, and demanded money from him. Suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The man is described as between 5-foot 8-inches, to 5-foot 10-inches tall, he was wearing a white mask and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone who can help identify the subject or has more information should call the Augusta Regional Communication Center at 624-7076 and ask for Trooper Neagle.
