We were talking on the Moose Morning Show on how, just looking at your cellphone while driving can get you a ticket. That made me think of this story I saw yesterday about a driver pulled over for eating, but not doing anything else wrong.

It happened in Georgia. Madison Turner was given a ticket after getting caught eating a cheeseburger. It’s illegal to text and drive in the state and Georgia’s distracted driver law covers anything that takes your attention away from the road.

The penalties can be tough, too including several hundred dollars for fines and up to three points on your driver’s license.
