Today's KOD goes to a Washington state man, who cut one finger off and mailed it to the IRS. He also sent along a fake bomb, a bullet, and a joint. I guess he had been upset with the IRS since he was laid off in the 90s from his job as a civilian defense contractor. More in the video!
