Want to hear a special song?  Well, we're giving you the chance to do that again this year AND you can help out some great people at the same time.

The 92 Moose 'Request-a-thon' for Special Olympics Maine is Thursday, June 5th from 6 am to 6 pm and is hosted by Jon, Renee and Mac of the Moose Morning Show!

How does it work? It’s simple!

All day long, we play songs for pay! We'll play anything. It can run the gamut from Rihanna to Barry Manilow to Hank Williams.  A minimum $20 pledge gets you a request.  Some exceptionally odd songs or very long songs might cost you a bit more, but the proceeds are going to a good cause.

We’ll be accepting cash, checks and credit cards, so there will be no reason not to donate!

The 92 Moose 'Request-a-thon' for Special Olympics Maine is powered by Walgreens and Al's Certified Car Repair!

Walgreens will have a special challenge for all other local businesses. Listen for Walgreens on the Moose Morning Show during the Request-a-thon at 7:30 am. They will be presenting a special $500 contribution with a challenge for other businesses to match that donation! We’ll also hear from other special guests during the day.

The 92 Moose Request-a-thon coincides with the Special Olympics Maine Torch Run through central Maine.  Police departments included in the run that day include, but are not limited to, Winthrop, Richmond, Gardiner, Hallowell, Augusta, Kennebec County Sheriff's office.

Make your request now and there's a better chance that we'll be able to play your song exactly when you would like.
