This case is so sad to me because there is so little information. But now the family of a Tennessee woman who disappeared while hiking more than a year ago in Maine is offering $25,000 to those who can help locate her. Geraldine Largay was just 200 miles from her goal when she vanished on July 22, 2013 in rural Franklin County.

From what I understand they have found...nothing. The 66-year-old had been meeting her husband at spots along the Appalachian Trail to replenish supplies. Her family is increasing the reward to $25,000 from $15,000 for those can provide information about her location. The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife says officials conducted several searches for Largay this summer, including one last week, and have not found any clues.
