At long last, Rihanna has a safe place to put her Christmas tree. Nearly a year after taking a loss on the infamously leaky mansion she bought for nearly $7 million in 2011, she has a swanky new address.

Trulia's blog says that the new digs set Rihanna back an impressive $12 million -- quite a bit more than she spent on her last abode, but she'll presumably have to worry about fewer leaks in the roof for that extra money. And that isn't all she's getting for her investment; as the article notes, the California 11,000 square-foot mansion also includes 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a modern stainless-steel kitchen with 14-foot ceilings and a full bar, as well as pool and spa, a sundeck and a 6,000-square-foot outdoor garden with a BBQ.

You can take a look at the photos here, and take comfort in the knowledge that one of pop's reigning queens is no longer homeless -- although with a packed tour schedule unfolding over the next year or so, it doesn't look like Rihanna will actually get to spend much time in her new pad for the foreseeable future. Maybe she needs someone to housesit? Can't hurt to ask.
