Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Is Tonight [Dec 3rd]

Let there be light! Well, lights...lots of lights. in reality, there will be tens of thousands of them. The Christmas tree in New York's Rockefeller Center will be lighted tonight. The 85-foot-tall Norway spruce is decorated with 45,000 LED lights. Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett and Mariah Carey are among the stars who'll be performing during Christmas in Rockefeller, the lighting ceremony, to be broadcast on NBC at 8pm.
