Superintendent William Zima of Regional School Unit 2 has announced he's following his passion of helping children and taking it on a bigger scale. He's teaming with Bob Marzano of Marzano Academies to develop learner-centered, proficiency-based education to schools across the country. That is the same approach he took to RSU 2 when helping students become critical thinkers. We wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavors.

According to CentralMaine.com the school board is preparing to seek applicants for the position and will be able to start screening applicants by April.
