Sales of Joe Cocker’s Music Jump since His Death

Joe Cocker's music sales have jumped since his death. Billboard reports 22,000 copies of "The Best of Joe Cocker: 20th Century Masters the Millennium Collection" were sold in the week after he died. It had sold a thousand copies the week before. Those are enough sales to put it at number 75 on the Billboard 200 album chart, Cocker's first appearance since 2007. Cocker also sold a combined 121,000 downloads in the week after his death, a 3,630 percent jump in sales. (AP)
