Screaming Baby Put in Her Place by Berserk Diner Owner in Portland [Video]

Darla Neugebauer, owner of Marcy's Diner in Portland, has come under fire and, at the same time, garnered some support, after yelling at a screaming 2-year-old child in her establishment on Saturday.

Check out the video from channel 6. Neugebauer admits she yelled at the child who, according to her, was screaming because the parents weren't allowing her access to the three large pancakes they ordered for her.
