Poor Selena Gomez! Just one week after purchasing a new home in Calabasas, Ca, her new home has already been invaded twice. Even more shocking is that both arrests involve the same man.

On March 30, according to TMZ, a man by the name of Che Cruz showed up at Selena's home and asked if the singer was home. When the cops arrived, they found Cruz had broken into the guest house. He was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing. After pleading no contest on Wednesday, he was sentenced to 45 days in the L.A. County Jail and ordered to stay away from Selena and her home for three years.

Cruz was later released on Friday due to overcrowding in the county jail. FOX News reports that just eight hours after his release, he was arrested AGAIN for jumping the fence at Selena's home after someone called 9-1-1. He is currently being held in jail on a $20,000 bond.

Scary stuff for Selena but we are glad that nobody was hurt from the incidents.
