Seth Meyers bid goodbye to his role as Weekend Update anchor (and head writer) on 'SNL' last night (Feb. 1). Meyers is off to host his own late night talk show after more than a decade of Saturday nights! Of course, some old friends stopped by to bid him farewell.

'SNL' alums were there to help send him off: Amy Poehler, herself a former Weekend Update co-anchor with Meyers, Andy Samberg (who sang a bar of a Boyz II Men song), Fred Armisen (who closeup camera bombed at the last second) and Bill Hader, who reprised his role as Stefon, aka Meyers' "husband," who was VERY possessive.

"I just want to say being out here with my co-anchors and my dear friend and my husband is the perfect way to end," Meyers said, choking back emotion before signing off. "This is the job I've always wanted. I've had the best time and I've met the best people."

We will surely miss Seth Meyers but look forward to seeing what he does on his own show, taking over for Jimmy Fallon, who moves on to 'The Tonight Show.' We're also stoked to find out what anchor Cecily Strong has up her sardonic sleeve!
