If there's one thing that you can take away from Seth Rogen's 'TODAY' show interview with Matt Lauer, it's that he is one humble, happy-go-lucky guy who loves to laugh.

Earlier in the week, Lauer spoke to Rogen's 'Neighbors' co-stars Zac Efron and Dave Franco, who had nothing but kind words to say about the actor, whom they view as a hero and pioneer.

“I am very surprised," Rogen said when Lauer told him of the praise his co-stars gave him. "I don’t consider myself at the top of the comedy game by any means, so it’s nice that the kids seem to like the work."

Laughing himself about the perfect segue, the veteran journalist immediately launched into a question about Rogen's harsh criticism of Justin Bieber -- something that Rogen immediately brushed off with a hearty chuckle.

“To me the idea that a grown man doesn’t like Justin Bieber is not a controversial thought,” he laughed. “Why would I? It would be much weirder if I did like Justin Bieber, to me. None of these people in this room like Justin Bieber. I can guarantee that."

Of course, Lauer quickly tried to diffuse the subject, saying they were hoping to book the singer soon and that everyone in the room loved Justin Bieber.

"To me it’s amazing though," Rogen continued. "Anytime something like this happens and I just say something that, very clearly a lot of people feel, and it becomes a media thing. I don’t know anyone who likes Justin Bieber.”

Sorry, Seth -- you may not personally know any fans of the Biebs, but there are millions of Beliebers out there who will disagree.
