Besse Cooper love's breathing that Monroe Georgia air.  Actually, she loves breathing.  See, Besse isn't your average, ordinary Georgia resident.  She has something behind her that most of us never will.     Behind her lie 116 years of memories.  Sunday, she celebrated her "sweet 116th," making her not the oldest living person in Georgia or The United States....but the world!  She's hoping to hold on to that record for awhile because when someone else snatches it.....well, you can figure it out. Besse isn't sure how she's lived so long but she has theories.  "I mind my own business and I don't eat junk food," she told The Walton Tribune.

Only 8 people have ever lived to be 116.  By the way, the person with the longest human lifespan ever recorded was Jeanne Calment, of France, who was born in 1875 and died in 1997 at the age of 122.
