Renee Nelson

For over 20 years Renee has been part of the Moose Morning Show, waking up central Maine from 5am-9am. You can also hear Renee as part of the “Best of the Moose Morning Show” Saturdays, 6am-10am. Renee keeps you company at the start of your workday from 9am-12n and on Sundays, 12n-6pm. Make sure you come say “Hi” to Renee at one of our many live local broadcasts.

Renee is also our News Director, and host of our community public affairs show “Issues with Renee” Sunday’s @ 6am.

4th Annual Blaine House Food Drive

Gov. LePage is taking some time off from the campaign trail this weekend to open up his home for the 4th annual Blaine House food drive. Mainers are invited to drop off non-perishable goods and get a tour of the Blaine House in Augusta from the governor between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday. The food drive at the Blaine House will also be held on Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.

Oakland Teen Died + Her Boyfriend Seriously Injured in Mechanic Falls Hayride Accident

Investigators are blaming a mechanical problem for the Halloween-themed hayride crash in Mechanic Falls that killed 17-year-old Cassidy Charette of Oakland and injured many others. The state fire marshal's office says investigators are trying to figure out exactly why the Jeep towing the hay wagon wouldn’t or couldn’t stop, going down a hill in the woods and struck a tree Saturday night.
