Renee Nelson

For over 20 years Renee has been part of the Moose Morning Show, waking up central Maine from 5am-9am. You can also hear Renee as part of the “Best of the Moose Morning Show” Saturdays, 6am-10am. Renee keeps you company at the start of your workday from 9am-12n and on Sundays, 12n-6pm. Make sure you come say “Hi” to Renee at one of our many live local broadcasts.

Renee is also our News Director, and host of our community public affairs show “Issues with Renee” Sunday’s @ 6am.

U2 Frontman, Bono, Recovering from Two Surgeries

I knew he was in a bike accident. I had NO idea it was this bad. U2 frontman Bono has undergone two surgeries after a "high-energy bicycle accident" on Sunday. The singer's injuries include a facial fracture involving his left eye socket, three fractures to his left shoulder blade and a left elbow fracture that went through the skin and left the bone in six pieces.
