Sing too Loud in Your Car + You Will Get a Ticket in Quebec

On the Moose Morning Show today (Oct. 25) we talked about this guy in Canada who was pulled over, basically for singing!

He was singing at the top his lungs to the early 90’s hit 'Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance) by C+C Music Factory. He cranked his radio and was singing at the top of his lungs. Much to his surprise, he was pulled over by the police.

He said, “I stopped and four police came, two on each side, and checked the inside of the car.” They asked him if he had been screaming and he said no, just singing. Well, the police disagreed. They determined he had been screaming, which is a violation in Quebec. He was given a $149.00 ticket.

It got us talking about favorite songs you have to turn up, while driving, and singing.
