Today's KOD goes to a guy in Wisconsin who was searching for camel-toe but instead found a couple of blown up toes. Our knucklehead actually turned himself in for something he wanted to do, but was unable to pull off.

The cops lectured him, and let him go, because thought crimes, aren't illegal... yet.

Here's what happened: Police say this man had a plan to take “upskirt” videos of women. The fan backfired when his shoe camera exploded. The guy's foot was actually injured when the camera battery exploded. His insurance wouldn't cover the injury, they made him foot the bill.
