Today's KOD goes to a California man who rear-ended an SUV that was stopped in traffic on the interstate. The car burst into flames.

Witnesses say this guy exited the vehicle and then turned back to his burning car to light a cigarette. In the process he and singed part of his eyebrows off.

No one else was injured in the crash.
