‘Something Long and Complicated’ Has Life Disrupted Because Facebook Deleted His Account

So Something Long and Complicated isn't what you would consider a name, right? If you saw someone on Facebook with that name, you'd say, "fake!" Well, that's what Facebook thought, too. Wrongly so.

30-year-old "Something" was deleted from Facebook because they considered it fake. So they took it down.

"Something," formerly William Wood of London, England, changing his name in 2007. He says he's been on Facebook for eight years, accumulating thousands and thousands of pictures, which he fears are lost forever.

He also had phone numbers of friends which were lost, he thought.

After sending documentation to Facebook to verify he is who he said he is, it was a news story about the strange case that did the trick. So now, good ole Something Long and Complicated has his, errrrrr, good name back!
