South Park's Eric Cartman is taking on the Washington Redskins.

In an ad for "South Park's" upcoming season, Cartman takes on the controversy over the name Redskins, and the continued use of the name by the team even over calls to change it because many people find it offensive.

And, in real life, there is nothing the team and the NFL can do about the Redskin logo being splashed all over the episode, since it's no longer a protected trademark. In June, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office canceled the team's trademark registrations on the grounds that the name and logo were "disparaging to Native Americans," leaving "South Park" free to use the now unprotected logo, which they seem to be planning to do, with hysterical results.

The best part of this ad is that it reportedly only ran in the Washington DC area, proving that "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have absolutely no far of ticking people off!
