The TV world is understandably a bit Upside Down with the release of Stranger Things 2, so leave it to Sesame Street to be polite with its latest parody. Oscar, Grover, Ernie and the gang will all pull off their own Stranger Things, as announced in a new teaser for Thanksgiving.

Sesame Street’s Twitter account shared a first look at the new parody, Sharing Things, featuring Grover as Lucas, Ernie as Dustin, and more (Hopper is of course an actual bunny). The teaser claims a Thanksgiving premiere date for the new parody, ostensibly so fans of the series have had a chance to catch up on potential Season 2 spoilers before Sesame Street inadvertently spills something.

Ubiquitous popularity aside, Stranger Things is certainly a more natural fit for Sesame Street’s brand of youthful parody, especially compared with more eyebrow-raising series like The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Sons of Anarchy and more. We’ll have to wait a few weeks to see it, but there’s plenty of Stranger Things goodness in the meantime.

Stay tuned for the latest on Season 2 over the weekend.
