Superhuman Vision, My Son Has 20/15 Eyeballs!

Probably the weirdest part about the whole thing, is that on the way over to Rodrigue Eye Care yesterday, Evan looked over at me and said "I hope they have to dilate my eyes again!" Who says that? What 8-year old enjoys having their eyes dilated? Apparently mine. Last year at his appointment we were told that Evan's vision was 20/15 so naturally we were hoping for the same result again. Lo and behold we got it, Evan is like a frickin' Eagle. Right? Isn't it an Eagle that has insane vision?

And just in case you wanted some insight (see what I did there) into how good 20/15 is, a person with 20/20 vision is able to see letters 1/10th as large as someone with 20/200 vision. 20/20 is not the best possible eyesight however, for example, 20/15 vision is better than 20/20. A person with 20/15 vision can see objects at 20 feet that a person with 20/20 vision can only see at 15 feet.

If you haven't had your eye exam yet this year, get it done! Your vision is important..
