Cee Lo Green has been MIA from our TV screens this past few months since he took a hiatus from 'The Voice' in favor of his Loberace residency in Vegas. He returned to the small screen this week to perform his new single 'Only You' on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show.'
It's shaping up to be a pretty big showdown on television this New Year's Eve. Ryan Seacrest has already announced big names including Taylor Swift for his 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest,' and now NBC has announced that all four of the judges from the hit reality singing competition 'The Voice' will join host Carson Daly for this year's 'New Year's Eve With Carson Daly.'
Cee Lo Green is a huge star both literally and figuratively. So the former 'Voice' judge is getting on the health kick in 2013 with his new partnership with eDiets. "My goal for #2013 is to make #health a habit -- who's gonna join me?" tweeted the crooner.
Don't get any ideas, Usher. Your job is to keep the chair warm on 'The Voice' judging panel in Season 4 so that Cee Lo Green can return to claim it for Season 5. Green said on the 'Today' show Thursday (Dec. 20) that his absence from the popular singing competition show will be temporary.
