She's been named the 'Gatorade Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year for Maine.'

It's been quite a year. She won the Class B state championship and went on to finish seventh at the New England meet and 11th at the Foot Locker Northeast Regionals. Bethanie told the Morning Sentinel that "It's pretty exciting. It's nice to be rewarded for all my hard work. It really is an honor."
