Late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel hosted the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards last night, and if you're wondering how he did... well, not great. There were a few semi-funny bits here and there, but for the most part, the presenters were more entertaining than he was.

But one part that was enjoyable to watch was Kimmel's opening skit, which featured all our favorite ladies of television (excluding anyone from 'Modern Family'). Now, thanks to the folks at 'Jimmy Kimmel Live,' you can watch the entire opening skit right here.

The 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards was a night filled with surprises, particularly when Julie Bowen of 'Modern Family' beat out Kristen Wiig for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy and when 'Homeland' trumped 'Mad Men' for Outstanding Drama Series. 'Hatfields & McCoys,' The History Channel's three-part, six-hour mini-series dramatizing one of the most famous blood feuds in American history, may not have taken home the 2012 Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie, but it can boast having the best lead actor in that category.

Kevin Costner, who portrayed Anse "Devil" Hatfield, took home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries. And if you didn't see his performance... well, as he said during his acceptance speech, "Thank god for TV reruns."

We knew 'Modern Family' would win something at the 2012 Emmy Awards. After all, the cast and crew pretty much dominated the Comedy Series, and Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress categories. But probably no one expected Julie Bowen, who plays Claire Dunphy on the show, to beat out both Kristen Wiig (and her many 'SNL' personalities) and the late Kathryn Joosten of 'Desperate Housewives' in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series category!
