In a move that had to be widely expected, Maine Gov. Paul LePage has issued an apology to the people of Maine for his profanity-laced voice mail threatening Westbrook State Rep. Drew Gattine, but he did not apologize to Gattine personally for his remarks.

Stephen King is still waiting for an apology from Maine Gov. Paul LePage. LePage used his radio address last week to make his case for eliminating Maine's income tax. He said states without an income tax, such as Florida, have lured away Maine residents, including King.
