We've heard it time and time again that due to her tax problems and attorney fees, Lindsay Lohan is broke as a bad joke. And it seems to be true, because she's living with her mother Dina But since they're both allegedly staying at a suite in the Hills of Beverly right now, we honestly don't know what's going on anymore.

Because the Lohans are such successful, intelligent and wise people, who better to breed more? As Lindsay was busy with her court hearing and being rejected from hotels, her dad Michael Lohan added to the litter of potential inmates last night when his former fiancee, Kate Major, gave birth to a baby boy.

Lindsay Lohan returned to L.A. to appear in court today, Jan. 30, for lying to the cops about a car accident that was definitely her fault. She was in New York earlier this week, but rather than facing a possible arrest warrant for skipping court today, LiLo rushed back to Cali with her mother Dina in tow to avoid adding yet another mug shot to her ever expanding collection.
