Smoking pot could cause man-boobs or "moobs" says Dr. Youn. Gynecomastia (or "Moobs") is caused by an imbalance of testosterone and estrogen. If a male has low testosterone and the body sways towards having more estrogen, that creates the man-boobs and apparently smoking marijuana is a cause.
