Summit Natural Gas

Mike Duguay, the Director of Business Development from Summit Natural Gas of Maine joined us on the Moose Morning Show.

I was very excited to get the chance to talk with someone firsthand about one of these natural gas projects in central Maine. There are a couple of projects underway, I know nothing about any of it and it sounds interesting. So, I was very lucky to have Mike Duguay from Summit Natural Gas of Maine come and talk with me on our community issues show. WHAT a project!

It took a while, but Summit Natural Gas has received approval from the Maine Public Utilities Commission to start is pipeline. Summit is one of two distributors who wanted to be the one to supply natural gas to business and residential customers in the Kennebec Valley. Now that they have PUC approval, they are planning a four-year project of pipeline infrastructure in the Kennebec Valley. Read Mor
