Watch D.O.G.S.!  D.O.G.S. stands for ‘Dads Of Great Students’.  I had the chance to talk with Chris Rhoda and his daughter Emma and Cathy Gordon, the principal of the Belgrade Central School.  Belgrade Central School was the first school in Maine to have a Watch D.O.G.S. program.
