The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is perhaps the sexiest television event of the year, and in 2014, it got a little sexier thanks to Taylor Swift, of all people. The pop-country star rocked lingerie -- yes, really! -- while performing two '1989' tracks for viewers.

The 24-year-old opened the fashion event with her latest pop single, 'Blank Space.' She was the very first performer of Tuesday (Dec. 9) night's broadcast, and in a sassy, short, pink satin number, she laid the groundwork for the rest of the evening. Swift -- who is quite tall -- walked the runway like a model, using animated hand gestures and facial movements to convey the song's message.

Near the chorus, real models began to strut down the runway in their glamorous lingerie, with some even stopping to high five or dance with the pop star. Swift, who also performed in 2013, probably had a little more fun this time around, since she's got a few girlfriends in some of the Angels. Both Karlie Kloss and Lily Aldridge modeled during the televised event.

Swift was the guest of honor, however, closing out 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after a wardrobe change into sexy little black number with a dramatic train. Swift chose 'Style' to roll the credits, so to speak, and it was her very first time performing the track on television. She hit her last note before walking back down the runway with the lights dim.
