One of my go to websites for story ideas is Roadsnacks.net and sometimes they can kind of be a little out there with their subject matter, this is one of those times. They complied their list of the '10 Kinkiest Cities In Maine'.

They based their list on the per capita basis of orders to the adult online store Adam and Eve. They also limited their list to the 18 cities in Maine with at least a population of 5,000.
