The Amy Buxton Pet Pantry is now open and growing! The Amy Buxton Pet Pantry helps local pet owners with foods and supplies. That one gesture can make the difference between someone being able to keep their pet or having to give up that pet!Animals make such a difference in our lives. As a dog-mom, I know how costly it can be to keep a fur-baby fed. So, when times are hard, covering that cost can be hard.  You can see why the Amy Buxton Pet Pantry is so near and dear to my heart. So how can you help? Glad you asked!

The Amy Buxton Pet Pantry needs your donations to function. Cat food is a BIG need. So, kitty litter would also been important. They also need donations of pet foods for all pets, supplies, blankets and toys. Monetary donations are always welcome.  Donations are gratefully accepted and can be dropped off at the South Parish Congregational Church during office hours, Tues/Wed/Thurs, 9 to noon or Sunday mornings. Checks can be made out to South Parish Congregational Church, 9 Church Street, Augusta, ME. 04330. They can also pick up your donations. Give them a call 622-0552!

For those in need, the  Amy Buxton Pet Pantry at the South Parish Congregation Church is open the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 8am to 9am (or until done!)  They will ask you a few questions about you and your animals. They will also share information and any pet education and other pet services available in the area!
