As a man not much taller than a leprechaun, who works an office job, I'm always struggling with my weight.  When you're as short as I am a few pounds makes a big difference.  On top of that, because I work in this business I almost never get my 10,000 steps a day.

As a result, I am always trying to keep my weight in check.

And, if you didn't already know, I love coffee!  So, I felt like I hit the jackpot when I found this out!

According to Women's Health, drinking coffee could help you drop 10 pounds a year!  Research has found drinking a cup of coffee can rev your metabolism by as much as four percent over two and a half hours.  That's about an extra 100 calories per day.   This is because coffee contains caffeine and the antioxidant chlorogenic acid, which helps metabolize sugar and fat. To really reap the benefit, drink small cups of coffee up to four times per day.  And, since cream and sugar has empty calories, you'll want to drink it black for the biggest benefit.
